The Solution Map (45 min)
If there's a fit, we come back with a tailored breakdown: here's the problem as we understand it, here's how we'd solve it, here's what it would take. You'll leave with a clear picture - even if you decide not to move forward.
The Decision Call (30 min)
Questions answered. Concerns addressed. Timeline and scope defined. You'll have everything you need to make a decision - or to walk away with no hard feelings. We don't chase. We clarify.
